Ericsson 880 Radio Labs - Part 1 & 2
Objectives
- Prepare the Ericsson 880 Base Station RBS equipment for testing
- Verify the DC voltages associated with the Radio Channel unit
- Align the four (4) 880 radio transceivers in your assigned radio rack
- Become familiar with the operation of the Marconi 2955/2957 Radio Communications Test Set
- Use Ericsson Local Control Program for the 880 Radio Base Station transeivers
- Measure the characteristics of an antenna in terms of return loss, resonant frequency, matching impedance and VSWR over a specified frequency spectrum range
